FPT Installment Portal & Back-Office System (BOS):
- Designed a nationwide installment platform deployed across 16,000+ merchant POS, transforming paper-based financing processes into digital on-site applications with document submission and e-signatures across 50+ provinces.
- Designed the BOS enabling real-time application review and approval — zero MAFC staff required at the counter, approval under 15 minutes;
Mirae Asset Card App (MAC):
- Solo designer, 0→1: card management, activation, installment conversion, and QR payment — domestic NAPAS card, credit card, and co-branded card
- Launched Mirae Credit — Vietnam’s first QR-based touchless credit disbursement product (Dec 2021) — accepted at 270,000+ NAPAS POS nationwide and 16,000+ merchant partners
- Integrated 0% installment partners: VNPay, Payoo.

Industrial Inspection System (2025, NDA):
Solved a critical industrial safety issue where inspection records could be falsified using pre-saved photos. Co-designed a field inspection workflow requiring verifiable on-site evidence and led a cross-functional team to deliver the Android tablet solution across multiple factories within 6 months.
Delivered Phase 1 with 100% digitized inspections, ~58% lower storage usage, eliminated manual photo uploads, and established real-time traceability for every inspection record.
Gaming & Proptech (2018–2020):
Designed UI/UX for high-traffic websites and launch campaigns for Rules of Survival and PUBG Vietnam game.
